Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 July 2026
Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Parloo AI ("Parloo", "we", "us"), a unified, multi-channel inbox. By creating an account or connecting a channel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Parloo lets you connect communication channels — such as Slack, email, and messaging apps — and read, manage, and reply to your conversations from one workspace, with optional AI assistance for summaries and draft replies. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and, if using Parloo on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Parloo for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- access, mirror, or store conversations you are not authorized to access on the connected service;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
- violate the terms of any third-party service you connect to Parloo.
Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms and policies. You authorize Parloo to access and process the data needed to provide the inbox — only the data the connecting user can already access — and you are responsible for having the rights to connect it. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
AI features
Parloo's AI features generate summaries and suggested replies from your conversation content. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before sending. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice.
Intellectual property
Parloo and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain all rights to your own content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store and display your conversations in your inbox).
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parloo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Parloo and disconnect any channel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
