Common questions
How do I connect Slack?
In Parloo, go to Settings → Connections → Slack and click Add to Slack. Approve the requested permissions in your Slack workspace, and your channels and direct messages will start appearing in your Parloo inbox.
What can Parloo see in my Slack?
Parloo uses a user token and can only access the channels and direct messages that you can already see in Slack. It never reads private messages belonging to other members of your workspace.
How do I disconnect Slack?
Go to Settings → Connections → Slack and disconnect. This stops syncing and revokes Parloo's access to your Slack data. You can also remove the app from your Slack workspace settings.
How do I delete my data?
