This policy explains how Parloo AI ("Parloo", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies (such as localStorage) when you use our website and app, what they do, and how you can control them.
What are cookies and local storage
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Local storage is a similar mechanism that lets a site keep small amounts of data in your browser. Both let the app remember things between visits — like keeping you signed in or remembering your preferences. We use only what's needed to run the product.
How we use them
Parloo uses browser storage for two purposes only:

| Essential (authentication) | Keeps you securely signed in to your Parloo account and maintains your session. Set by our authentication provider. The app cannot function without these. |
| Preferences | Remembers in-app choices — such as your inbox layout and list width, sorting and grouping, whether auto-draft is on, and unsent message drafts — so the app works the way you left it. Stored locally in your browser. |
What we don't use
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing trackers, and we do not sell your data. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Managing cookies and storage
You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings, and delete stored site data at any time. Note that blocking essential authentication storage will sign you out and prevent the app from working. Preference data can be cleared without affecting your account — the app will simply return to its defaults.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
